Our Payment Structure

Clear and transparent payment terms for all orders

Standard Payment Terms: Payment terms are 100% advance for Minimum Order Quantity of 500 items and 40-30-30 for all orders above 500 items.

Advance Payment

40% advance deposit after which your order is booked for delivery and transferred for shipping.

30%

After Dispatch

30% payment after dispatch and issuing of tracking details (U.R. Copy, Way Bill, Time of Departure, etc.)

Upon Delivery

Balance 30% payment upon inspection and delivery of goods before unloading at customer godown.

Important Note

Unloading/Offloading is entirely customer responsibility and not that of STAR PAPER & BOARD MILL. That's the standard 40-30-30 payment structure.

Order Confirmation & Delivery Process

How your order progresses from payment to delivery

Payment Confirmation

Once customer has made advance payment and payment slip is shared, we will confirm payment deposit and immediately revert back to customer with designated time of departure.

Loading & Departure

Generally daily departures are scheduled for 6 AM, 6 PM and 11 PM with loading beginning at 4 AM, 4 PM and 9 PM respectively.

Dispatch Details

After loading and departure is confirmed, the concerned sales representative will revert back to customer with detailed delivery including departure from our godown and arrival time of goods to customer godown, U.R. Copy, WayBill, Driver and Lorry Number etc.

Important Delivery Note

UNLOADING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND NOT DRIVER'S RESPONSIBILITY. Please make necessary arrangements for unloading upon delivery.
